Diamond Pest Control is led by a founding team with over 25 years of experience in the pest control industry. Our management and staff undergo examinations annually to qualify as a Pesticide Applicator or an Assistant Pesticide Applicator. This ensures our team is well-equipped with the latest technology and knowledge of operating a pest control company.

All operations are headed by a General Manager, who oversees the Account & Admin Department, Johor Pest Control Department, and KL Branch Pest Control Department. This ensures seamless coordination and effective management across all facets of our operations.

My role as a GM is to oversee all operations, ensuring seamless coordination between pest control strategies, field operations, and administrative functions to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

At Diamond Pest Control, our operation departments in Johor and Kuala Lumpur are led by entomologists and field biologists as Heads of Department (HOD). The HODs are responsible for overseeing pest control strategies and field operations, allowing us to provide customers with high-quality work and satisfying results.

Our Admin & Account Department is responsible for managing the administrative and financial aspects of our business, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

We handle everything from billing and payments to job scheduling and customer inquiries, ensuring an efficient delivery of our pest control services. Our goal is to create a hassle-free experience for our clients while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy in all our dealings.
